September is South’s birthday, and what a great way to celebrate! I wanted to end the season with a fun 2 round C-tiered tournament. Let’s continue the tradition by celebrating the hardest course in the Rockford area with its 13th(?) birthday!

RDGC Pop-Up – Blackhawk Park

The 4th pop-up event of the year will be at the potential new home of a permanent disc golf course, Blackhawk Park in Rockford, Illinois! If you have not played in any of our events in the past, here is a rundown of what we do and why. We create, design, redesign (and redesign and redesign) and temporarily put up a full length disc golf course at a local park/forest preserve/nature preserve/golf course/farm etc. We will have a full on event with on site vendor(s), payouts for competitive players and overall a ton of fun on a never before seen course. The purpose is to help raise funds for the club to put towards more events while showing the park district possible new locations for new disc golf courses!

Thunder Rock Flex – Phase 2

If you played our Tour de Stateline event here, you may notice some tweaks to the layout! This will be our Phase 2 layout for what Thunder Rock will eventually become. We’re making progress and welcome to to enjoy all we have done.

Indoor Disc Golf Experience – Rockford IL – Singles

This will be a regular Ace Race style event where you get 2 shots for points on each hole.

Players may form their own groups (sizes of groups may depend on registration Usually up to 6 to 7 people per group). If you don’t have a full Group we will group players together to make a full group. Once players have a full group we can assign which hole you can start on.
